Valchikovsky reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
All products are sold subject to availability.

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Euro (€).

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

• You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment failure, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

3. Shipping

• Delivery within Malta costs €10, or free for orders above €70.

• Monthly subscribers in Malta enjoy free delivery.

• International delivery is available via DHL, based on destination and weight.

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• Delays caused by postal or courier services

• Damages or losses after dispatch

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malta.
